Falcon 52 –

The Falcon series and it models such as us the Falcon 52 model are ideal for customer who are looking to vacuum pack tall or bulky products. With a max chamber height on 230mm on the Falcon 52, products such as blocks of cheese & bulky vegetables, meat on the bone, large quantity of product in one bag, i.e., 10kg. Tall non-food products such as parts and spares can be vacuum packed with ease.

With 2 x 520mm seal bars and a usable space of 500mm between bars, it is ideal for packing multiple bags per cycle (depending on the size of the vacuum pouch used). Standard with a 63 m3/h vacuum pump.

It has a stainless-steel housing, an aluminium deep drawn vacuum chamber and an aluminium chamber lid with sight glass.

The Falcon 52 can be optioned to have the Bi-Active seal system for aluminium and thick bags as well as the Electrostatic Discharge configuration.

If you are looking for a bigger model – the Polar 80 or Falcon 80 are the next models up.
The Falcon 2-60 machine is the entry level swing lid double chamber machine.
If you are looking for a bigger model with the ESD configuration, the Falcon 80 is the next model up.
